Just want to let you know I’m not happy about the service process. I made an appointment for Monday 10am only to be told when I arrived that it’s a three hour wait. So I had to reschedule for the next day be process. I made an appointment for Monday 10am only to be told when I arrived that it’s a three hour wait. So I had to reschedule for the next day because I could not wait that long and it was still an appointment issue because again it took almost three hours to have an oil change done to my vehicle. I’ll most likely be looking into other options in the future to have my vehicle serviced. More

We took our car in for a recall and wanted an oil change and tire rotation because we were going on a trip driving. While driving our oil change light came on which means that neither of those services were and tire rotation because we were going on a trip driving. While driving our oil change light came on which means that neither of those services were done and we specifically asked if they had been done and they told us yes but didn’t charge us anything which should have let us know there that the services were never done. It has honestly been horrible service my car has been at the dealer for over a week ! I have not gotten a call on the status of my car!
