Pesimo, dos semanas despues de la compra del carro se rompe el A/C y cuando regreso al dealer me dicen que la compra no tiene garantias con ellos que debo esperar al mes para aplicar la garantia extendid rompe el A/C y cuando regreso al dealer me dicen que la compra no tiene garantias con ellos que debo esperar al mes para aplicar la garantia extendida que compre con el vehiculo y que ademas si no se "tranca" la direccion cuando este manejando podia caminar bien sin problemas, en serio?! y que por razones de pandemia no podian darme un carro hasta que arreglaran el mio. Tuve que hablar duro para que me dieran un carro rentado y ya va un mes esperando por la pieza para que lo arreglen y nada, me dicen que la pieza puede demorar meses en llegar. Una falta de respeto total. No los recomiendo para nada! Me siento super decepcionada y ademas estafada. Uno de los peores dealers con el que se pueda trabajar. Una estrella les queda grande. More

I bought a brand new Buick Encore 2018. In 2020 I took it because the battery was dead. They replaced it. In 2022 I took it for the same reason. Three months later, I took it for the same reason. They said it was the starter. A week after that, I still have problems starting the car. It hesitates. It is under warranty but I doubt they will get to the bottom of this car issue. More
