Hello, I am very disappointed and upset with Lorenzo GMC, when I brought my Yukon STL Luxury Package nobody toll me that my car have missing function, the knowledge of the personal in the agency is very poor when I brought my Yukon STL Luxury Package nobody toll me that my car have missing function, the knowledge of the personal in the agency is very poor, when I return next day NOBODY can explained to me what happen, at the end one of the Manager came to me and explain that the cars coming from the factory like that, they suppose to call me when the missing part will received from GMC to install it. It's disrespectful and no honest sell the car with out all the information, I am still hope receive the call to install the missing parts. Juan Rojas More
