2.50 hrs waiting for an oil change and tire rotation this is not the first time I had previously gone for service without an appointment and the same over 2hrs plus still no excuse. Now this time i made the appointment whats the excuse now? It's a waste of time for the paying customer no consideration makes no sense if your giving a survey and there is nothing being done to improve the situation its a waste of time on ether side if nothing is being done ill be looking to take my service somewhere else were my time and money matters More
