I hate giving a one-star rating because my buying experience was great. But, they won't pay off my trade in (a month) and it is about to impact my credit. Moreover, they don't even have the courtesy experience was great. But, they won't pay off my trade in (a month) and it is about to impact my credit. Moreover, they don't even have the courtesy to return a phone call - I have left messages for my sales person, the finance person and a sales manager. I'm being harassed by the bank for payment on a car I no longer own. It has soured my experience for sure. More
