It took 2 1/2 months to repair an automatic transmission on a 2017 Yukon and it is still not correct. The service writer told me that they had only one technician that did both engine and transmission work. on a 2017 Yukon and it is still not correct. This is really bad bad bad customer service.... I also went there in person to fix a little issue on my car and the saleperson told me that they couldn't fix and i know it can be fix. Ara was very helpful and made it possible to purchase my new car with minimal contact. I was able to make one trip to the dealership and was only there for about one hour signing paperwork before I could dr new car with minimal contact. I bought a car. First I had to ask for a spare key. They told me I had to pay for it and later I got it free. Then when the car was already paid in full they told me that they had made a mistake and I have told me I had to pay for it and later I got it free. Then when the car was already paid in full they told me that they had made a mistake and I have to wait for weeks to get the new title. So now I have fully paid for a car that has to stay at the dealer for weeks until I have the new title . Who knows what will happen to the car in the meantime. This is really bad. More
