Unauthorized Bank Credit Applications On 2/14/15 I went in to Doral Buick, Pontiac, GMC to purchase a GMC Truck which was advertised for the Presidents Day Weekend Sale. I was there for se On 2/14/15 I went in to Doral Buick, Pontiac, GMC to purchase a GMC Truck which was advertised for the Presidents Day Weekend Sale. I was there for several hours trying to work out a deal for this vehicle. Once it reached 7PM their closing time, they advised me to return at 11AM the next day to finalize the transaction. Then was told before leaving, that not to come they would call me once they had the paperwork ready for me to sign. I waited until 3PM the next day - no phone call - so I called several times and was told that my salesman (Manuel Ponce) and manager (Otto ValArriete) were assisting other customers. So, When I asked to speak to the General Manager (Juan Dominguez) - I finally received a phone call back from my salesman, that was about 5:00 pm - and was told that I had an approval but there were three other customers and that it was late and that there was no one to print the paperwork to come on Monday - 2/16/15 - I told them that I worked and could not come Monday that I was 5 minutes from the dealership that I was going to pass by - When I showed up at 5:10 pm - they hesitantly assisted me - barely being able to access the dealership because the front gates to the dealership where closed and I had to enter through the exit which was partially opened. Then they proceeded to start closing all doors - their store closing time is 6:00pm on Sundays. I waited another two hours before the Finance Manager (Jairo Acevedo) who assisted me - to advise me of the terms and conditions of the approval they were giving me on the purchase of the GMC Truck. After reviewing this with the Finance Manager, who was very professional and honest with me - I decided that I did not want to go through with the deal that it was not in by best interest. At that time I asked how many credit inquiries were done and he advised and showed me that only 3 inquiries were done - including the approval by GMC Finance (Compass and Allied). Since he had the GMC approval - he would not run my credit with anyone else, he even said, "he understood and that he would be upset if someone did that to him" He proceed to advise the salesman and store manager that I was not going to go through with the deal - 5 min later the salesman and tries to pursue me to accept the offer. As I again advised him that I did not want to accept the offer, the Sales Manager comes in and turns the computer around and shows me that he ran my credit with like 6 other financial institutions, When I specifically told them that I was declining the offer because the interest rate and payment were not to my best interest at this time and that I did not want them to run my credit with anyone else. This was done without my authorization while I was present at the dealership. I am outraged and appalled by the unprofessional ism and unethical practices that this dealership exudes and practices. To this end, the unauthorized actions taken by your employees have gravely affected my credit standing. I will use all legal remedies available to me to have this erroneous malicious act corrected. More

Horrible Customer Service in the Doral Service Center with Service manager Noel Acevedo & GM Juan Dominguez. After explaning my issue with my Buick Enlave and escalated to both manager & GM nothing got so with Service manager Noel Acevedo & GM Juan Dominguez.
