Online Appointments are not prepared for 2nd time I had an online appointment and the service center didn’t know about it nor the service that was needed. False pricing for online quotes off by hundreds of an online appointment and the service center didn’t know about it nor the service that was needed. False pricing for online quotes off by hundreds of dollars. Might as well remove the option to schedule the blind at this point. 2 appointments in a week period. Confirmed and the staff had no idea.
