Excellent experience with service department I never write reviews but want to compliment the service department of Doral Buick. My Buick Verano was towed from my home to dealer service right bef I never write reviews but want to compliment the service department of Doral Buick. My Buick Verano was towed from my home to dealer service right before service department closed. Due to my disability I could not go to dealership on tow truck but was promised a ride to service department next morning. Next morning dealership called and a dealer courtesy van came to my home to pick me up. The car was fixed under lease maintenance agreement with no extra hidden costs. In a world of fake promises, they delivered with incredible professionalism and courtesy. More

Doral poor customer service Purchased a 4 year old certified pre-owned SUV. It came with a cracked dash that they did not notify my about prior to purchase. They did pay to f Purchased a 4 year old certified pre-owned SUV. It came with a cracked dash that they did not notify my about prior to purchase. They did pay to fix it after some negotiating. The car voice command was left to talk in Spanish and the new owner had to go through OnStar to change it. Doral service was no help. They did not provide something as basic as the Owner's Manual. (Remember its a certified pre-owned GMC.) When disputed they would not return phone calls or emails. When disputed using the credit card company, they threatened to repossess the car. They could not provide a simple bill of lading for the transport of the vehicle. The cigarette lighter cover was broken and they said they would replace it but later they would not replace it. It took a very long time to get the title. I was lucky to not be pulled over and asked for this before it was received. More
