He took great time and care to not only capture what I have been experiencing in my car (even going out to the car to reproduce the symptoms...), but he checked in the system and saw that I had not only missed a key maintenance event, but I had 4 recalls. One of these was a safety recall. This guy is the "real deal", and even though I may not be happy with my Enclave I am confident that if I bring it to Benny, I am going to get the best attention and care possible. You guys should clone him!!! Another person that needs some Kudos is Jenny from the Loaner Car Department. She is absolutely the best.
