As soon as I arrived, I had a service agent greeting me even though he seemed slightly busy. Benito was his name, and despite his busy-ness he sat me down and had me taken care of in no time. I constantly saw the service manager walking around and making sure everything was attended to and it definitely seemed like he was doing his job by the trademark service I received.
