HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICE IN MIAMI!!!! We all have had to service our cars, whether it be an oil change or a tire rotation. So why not let a great service department do it for you? Thats why I choose to keep coming to Doral Buick GMC with all my auto needs. There's no way I am going to put up with anything less than the best and these guys are it. As soon as I arrived, I had a service agent greeting me even though he seemed slightly busy. Benito was his name, and despite his busy-ness he sat me down and had me taken care of in no time. I constantly saw the service manager walking around and making sure everything was attended to and it definitely seemed like he was doing his job by the trademark service I received. There was no need for so much supervision because these guys know how to do their jobs to perfection, from the car to the clients. I RECOMMENT THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND DEALERSHIP.... FOR ANYTHING. You can imagine my state of mind when my 2011 started making a chirping noise, especially since I had just replaced a motor mount the week before. Luckily, I was still 120 miles from my warranty expirat making a chirping noise, especially since I had just replaced a motor mount the week before. Luckily, I was still 120 miles from my warranty expiration. As always, Benny Perera took excellent care of me and my car. He actually rode with me around the block until he could hear the noise and make the correct diagnosis on the service sheet. I was able to use the shuttle to get to work, and they even picked me up. I've repeated myself of the past month, but I'll say it again, Benny Perera is the best Service Adviser I have ever dealt with, and employees like him make me want to continue doing business with Doral Automotive in the future. More
i dont know how this place have 5 stars reviews, when i bought my gmc terrain last year the seller told me few features that my car have included but was all lies, no pandora, no radio pandota via bluetoot bought my gmc terrain last year the seller told me few features that my car have included but was all lies, no pandora, no radio pandota via bluetooth, the on-star was not included for 1 year, only 6 month. my first car service(only first) its included, i don't drive to much an after 8 month i went to do it,,, wow,, terrible service department, 20 minuts waiting for someone to show up, like 3 customers waiting as me, went he show up he said was trying to find one car key loss..lol.. incredible place.. my odyssey didn't finish yet, after 1 hour later my car came and i propose him to send it to car wash,, terrible mistake,, after 45 min, a little pissed off i went to ask for my car and wasnt washed,, ufff,, terrible place, terrible experience buying, and after buy service.. i'll never go back that place againg,, from 1 to 5 i'll give them 0.. this is my 4 new car buy, this is my worst buying car and service maintenance experience.. this is the worst dealer in miami for sure. More
