I am writing this review because of the exceptional service I received from this dealership. This was the third dealership I visited in search for a car. At one of the dealership, I waited about 20 service I received from this dealership. This was the third dealership I visited in search for a car. At one of the dealership, I waited about 20 minutes before a salesman even spoke to me. Not so at Doral. As soon as I got out of my car, Mr Persons greeted me with a smile. Today I went car shopping, I was buying a car today for sure, but I went to a couple of dealers and the way I was treated ,they did not deserve my business. When I arrived at Doral Buick gmc , first off, I sure, but I went to a couple of dealers and the way I was treated ,they did not deserve my business. When I arrived at Doral Buick gmc , first off, I saw that they were super busy, the receptionist told me that all the sales people were busy so I waited, and after a little while ,just when I thought of leaving I caught Roberts eye, he was also busy with someone at his desk but took the time to stop and just ask me if I was waiting for someone to help, I said yes and he advised me that in a few minutes he could be with me. I'm so glad I waited , what a refreshing experience ! He was so helpful , Robert made me feel like all the waiting I had done was all worth it. From the beginning Robert was very forthcoming with all the information I needed, and when he got Hector involved the process was even smoother, these guys definitely deserve my business and yours too!
