I have always owned nothing but Cadillacs' for almost 30 years, since I was recommended to the sales manager Hector Gutierrez from a neighbor of mine who recently switched her Cadillac for a Buick, I dec 30 years, since I was recommended to the sales manager Hector Gutierrez from a neighbor of mine who recently switched her Cadillac for a Buick, I decided to go check them out. From the moment I came in and was greeted by a very nice young lady, who was very attentive, offering me water, tea or coffee, with nothing but smiles, I felt so at ease, I believe her name was Jessica. Then Hector was nothing but professional as he took the time to really make me feel comfortable with what I feel can be a very nerve racking process. His assistant Robert showed me exactly what he thought would be the best fit for me, and he was right on. The new Lacrosse had more features at a fraction of the price compared to my DTS. Im about to retire soon so I dont make impulse decisions anymore, especially at my age, so I do alot of shopping around and comparisons, as I did before arriving at Doral Buick. Even though I didnt buy the car yet, I felt these guys really deserve the recognition. Im almost done with my shoping process and I will be returning to team Doral very soon. my parents lease was coming due and i had been looking into what car they should get into next. I saw the 2013 GMC Acadia and decided to go check it out with them. i was greeted at Doral Buick GMC by Jorg into what car they should get into next. I saw the 2013 GMC Acadia and decided to go check it out with them. i was greeted at Doral Buick GMC by Jorge Espinosa jr. after picking out the color that my parents wanted, jorge went ahead and brought the car to us without us having to follow him into the big lot of cars that they have. He then proceeded to show us the new changes to the Acadia from the previous 2012 model and showed us all the features that the car comes with such as the bluetooth, touch screen radia, pandora, backup camera and sensors, etc. We were very happy with the service we were provided when it came to our new car buying experience. once the papers were signed and the car was ours, jorge helped us with registering for our first service appointment and our free trial of onstar along with connecting our cell phones to the cars bluetooth and demonstrating how to make and receive calls. before we left we took a walk around the dealer to familiarize ourselves with the service department where we would be coming for our regular maintenance. overall we were very happy with our purchase and the experience we had here and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
