It was a pleasure purchasing my new car (new to me but used)from Leo. This is my fourth vehicle purchase since I have been driving and this was by far the most enjoyable experience. I found this vehicle online and after making one call to the dealership the rest was easy; Leo made me feel as if we had been friends for a long time. I arrived and Leo was waiting for me; this vehicle was up on the stand by the road and he had it down and ready for a test drive. In the past the negotiating process has been not so pleasant but this time around it was not too bad. I often feel that when buying a car whether you get a great deal or not you still feel like you are getting taken advantage of. After leaving I felt I was treated fairly and got a fair price on the vehicle. All in all it was a good buying experience and this dealership and its personnel are what made so easy. I rarely feed the need to give reviews but in this case I think they deserved it! More

He then introduced me to Antonio Corcho, who helped me select a car and thoroughly explained to me in detail every single aspect of the car. He also went ahead and taught me how to program telephone numbers from my cellular to the car phone. It was a wonderful experience dealing with a professional and knowledgeable salesman. I then closed the deal with Ernesto Santos, finance manager at GMC who is also very professional and competent at his job. He made sure I understood all the paperwork and I highly recommend him. Initially I went to Doral Buick about 3 months ago because I was recommended to Robert Garcia by a friend of mine. My friend purchased the Lacrosse and although I loved her car, at that time I was fo because I was recommended to Robert Garcia by a friend of mine. My friend purchased the Lacrosse and although I loved her car, at that time I was focused on the Verano because I thought it was all I could afford. I was very impressed that Mr. Garcia did not push me to try to have me get out of my other lease early like other dealers had done. I decided to go back to Doral Buick because I was ready to lease another car and I felt I could trust Mr. Garcia. I contacted Mr. Garcia and told him I was interested in the Verano and although I liked the LaCrosse, I did not think I could afford it. When I arrived at Doral Buick I was treated with great hospitality. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dealer is very clean and bright. Immediately the receptionist located Mr. Garcia and there was no waiting time. Mr. Garcia had done research ahead of time on both the Verano and the Lacrosse. He explained that the Lacrosse had a better lease program and it would be a better car for me to lease because I would be saving on gas and would be more comfortable in the Lacrosse. He explained the differences on both vehicles and he had both models waiting for me to test drive. He explained all the features in the car and was very knowledgable about both vehicles. I decided to go with his recommendation on the Lacrosse. While the paperwork was being done, I was offered a cold beverage as were my parents, and after being outside in the heat that was a very nice gesture. The financing went very smoothly. It was just a matter of agreeing on a comfortable lease price. Overall, my experience at Doral Buick was very positive and I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know. I especially have to give Robert Garcia an excellent recommendation because of his hard work, honesty and integrity. I have leased several vehicles in the past and I have never had such an excellent experience with a salesman. At no time did I feel pushed in any direction. I was able to make my own decision withiut feeling pressured, which does not occur at most dealers. I felt that Mr. Garcia had my best interest at heart and that his goal was for me to lease the best car possible within my price range. I am very exited about my new Lacrosse and I look forward to continuing a business relationship with Mr. Garcia and the Doral Buick team and hopefully leasing or purchasing another Buick in the future.
