We got to the dealer around 8 pm, we thought they closed at 9, we saw a group of salesmen in front ,as soon as I got of my car they scattered except for Robert, he did not move until we got closer then he a at 9, we saw a group of salesmen in front ,as soon as I got of my car they scattered except for Robert, he did not move until we got closer then he approached us and welcomed us as if it was 9 am. He showed us the car we wanted to see ,he ask my intentions,I told him I was buying the next day, he then proceeded to answer every single question I asked and went over everything about the verano I asked and more . I even said to him after I realized they were now closed to drop it and that we would buy the car the next day, but he wouldn't have it ,he continued until we were comfortable with all the info we came to get, and of course we DID come back and purchase the Buick Verano from Robert Garcia . It was a great experience and I highly recommend him and Doral Buick as long as they treat customers the way Robert treated us , keep it up Robert , and you will go far!!!!! More

Doral buick had awesome service. I was able to get down there from a 4 hour drive and there was such good service shown to me. On Saturday 10/20/2012, I visited GMC Doral dealer ONLY to browse and see what offers were in place for a new leased SUV. Daniel Tano was there and he quickly approached me and was very friendly to me and to browse and see what offers were in place for a new leased SUV. After seeing some models, I was very happy to learn that the Buick Enclave was running an excellent lease program for the remaining 2012 models left. After reviewing the numbers, we were very surprised to learn that the budget we had for a new lease was satisfactorily matched by Danny and his Finance team. Without hesitation, we turned in my existing car (although it still had 2 more pending payments, the dealer took care of that). After couple of hours, me and my famiy were driving out in our new Buick Enclave and leaving behind my old SUV. I appreciate that Daniel was very honest and clear from the very beginning about this deal and provided a 150% effort to make it happened. Nowadays, it is very hard to find that kind of treatment on a dealership! More
