For the second time ask to check for the AC connector plug electrical during service, advisor told me that will required leaving the car for a few days , ask for a loaner and they told me there were no l plug electrical during service, advisor told me that will required leaving the car for a few days , ask for a loaner and they told me there were no loaners look at the parking lot and they had 3 park, the last time they told me that they will put me on a list and call me when a car could be available they never call, so this last time all they did was the basic service car was park at the back for almost 3.5 hours after service and nobody call me to pay and take the car, car was already washed, the service was done on less than an hour and I waited from 8am to 12 noon, never again. They told me the car wash was included with the service but it would take some time to get it done, I kept looking at the back to see if they were going to do something else but nothing happen, they kept parking cars after mine but nothing else happen. More
