The experience of purchasing a vehicle here was a confusing one. The staff seemed unprofessional and unconventional in the sales and finance process, unorganized is possibly the best word I could use confusing one. The staff seemed unprofessional and unconventional in the sales and finance process, unorganized is possibly the best word I could use, so much time wasted on so many occasions for simple service, the car ended up having a leaking transmission and multiple issues that I had to bring it to another dealer to fix. The only thing that I enjoyed was the manager Ruy. He was kind and helpful, gave me his personal number and answered through all of the disappointments. This doesn't change my mind regarding the service, finance, and sale of the vehicle and overall experience of this dealership. I feel that if everyone was as attentive as he is that dealership would strive significantly. U fortunately there was only one of him and alot of broken moving parts. I would not purchase another vehicle from here. But, I will give Ruy praise for being an overall good person and ethically kind. Thank you More
