Lorenzo Buick GMC

Purchased a used gmc truck and the dealer could not even change the sway bar link bushings before selling the vehicle. $20 part. The compressor had a bolt coming out halfway as it was not installed properly change the sway bar link bushings before selling the vehicle. $20 part. The compressor had a bolt coming out halfway as it was not installed properly. The inspection was poorly completed. Cabin filter was never changed on vehicle. Mind you vehicle has 100k miles. You would think purchasing a vehicle of there own kind a good inspection and proper repairs would be made. But no they decided to smoke all the repairs and sell vehicle as is to maximize profit which is really sad. More

Adrian , Luisito and Lixaleth are a crew of their own working as a team. Courteous, friendly, respectful and most important dedicated to their work. Lorenzo shall be very proud of having a team like them, for which makes it more valuable I've met on my last visit at Lorenzo Buick. I will certainly come back and will look for them again! The service is horrible. They don’t have any mechanics. They did an oil change on my car and did not fix the recall which is a safety hazard, so I am basically driving around They don’t have any mechanics. They did an oil change on my car and did not fix the recall which is a safety hazard, so I am basically driving around after I took the car to the dealer with a recall in my vehicle and they did not fix it, their excuse was that they didn’t have a mechanic so if they don’t have a mechanic, why would they give appointments for service or maintenance on vehicles? I honestly go there because I purchased my vehicle there and it’s extremely close to my home but the dealer and the service department are the worst in customer service in all of Miami , it’s a shame More
