It has honestly been horrible service my car has been at the dealer for over a week ! I have not gotten a call on the status of my car! I have to be calling to see what is going on something that was suppos the dealer for over a week ! I have not gotten a call on the status of my car! I have to be calling to see what is going on something that was supposed to take 3 days has taken over a week and they have not even started in the repairs of the vehicle. More

I had an appointment at 9:00am for an oil change for my vehicle, I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment, I left the dealership at almost 12:00pm it had never taken so long for this se vehicle, I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment, I left the dealership at almost 12:00pm it had never taken so long for this service before, I was told the tire rotation was not included in the price anymore it was an extra charge, this service was always included in the price when an oil change was done, I have leased two (2) vehicles at this dealership, I also recommended a friend who is looking for a vehicle. Obi Ortiz the service advisor was very professional and very helpful, I really appreciate all his help and information, he was excellent!!! More
