Bought in my 2008 Toyota that I purchased last Saturday, 1/11/14 to have 2 items checked, the brakes and the airbag warning light. With the assistance of Mr. Alvarez and Mr Rodriguez, they fit me in even th 1/11/14 to have 2 items checked, the brakes and the airbag warning light. With the assistance of Mr. Alvarez and Mr Rodriguez, they fit me in even though they were very busy with their appointments. They were able to resolve my brake issue and had me schedule another appointment to see their tech specialist for the airbag issue. Their professionalism and willingness to make the extra effort have left me with a very positive view of their facility. More

The DORAL BUICK GMC service center had always been very friendly and helpful in the past but on October 10th 2013 when I went there to get an oil change, a tire rotation, and a vehicle diagnostic; the serv friendly and helpful in the past but on October 10th 2013 when I went there to get an oil change, a tire rotation, and a vehicle diagnostic; the service provided was terrible. First of all, it took them almost 4 HOURS to do such a simple job when I had even previously booked an appointment. Secondly, I told them not to wash my car because I had recently washed it the day before and also because their car wash service is awful, and when they were finally done with the car, they returned it to me with oil and grease stains on the chrome handles, doors pillars, and roof rack ( Roof racks ??? Seriously ). Lastly, the rear bumper of my enclave was SCRATCHED, and I did not get a chance to tell the service manager because I was already 20 minutes late to work and had to leave right away thanks to the slowest service I've ever experienced at ANY dealership. Think about your options twice and do NOT take your car to this place for service if you really love it. I still can't believe they scratched my back bumper. More
This was my first visit to Doral GMC for service work on my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck (I purchased this truck in Daphne Alabama). I had some fuel issues for which another dealership (Chris Myers) did not go out of their way to investigate; however this dealership (Doral GMC) did just that. After a wonderful intro with Carlos and Geovanny taking great concern to my issues they passed it along to their top tech Joel. Within twenty minutes Joel spoke with me and identified the problem as a bad fuel control module for which was the cause to all three problems I presented to the entire group. I am so very pleased with this group and highly recommend anyone to Doral GMC. During my wait, all the employees I came in contact were very pleasant, kind and nice to me. Benny was very kind and greeted me right away as I stepped out of the car. Took my information down and addressed my concerns with the car very diligently. As my GMC Yukon XL was driven to the technician's area, he escorted me to the lounge area and made me coffee, turned on the TV and instructed me on how to use the remote control to change the channels. He also gave each of my kids a lolypop and took them to the playroom so they would be entertained during the wait. As I sat in the waiting room, a salesman by the name of Yosmel, offered me and my boys some hot chocolate. I had some questions about purchasing a Buick Enclave next year, and he took me out for a test drive and guided me in the process of buying a new car. My wait did not seem like a wait at all as I was constantly entertained. My boys didn't even want to leave! More
