POOR Service and VERY UNPLEASANT Adviser treatment. The salesman and dealer Manager offered very good customer service and assistance. However, the service department adviser that attended me was ver The salesman and dealer Manager offered very good customer service and assistance. However, the service department adviser that attended me was very unprofessional, vulgar and lacked courtesy. Very unwilling to assist and not too knowledgeable about the truck DEF question I asked. Finally, I ordered a bar light for the tailgate and it took four days to have it installed, first, the dealer received the wrong part and secondly, the truck was never fueled up with the DEF. the fuel was at half of the tank. In addition, the mechanic working on the light found that the trailer module was not working and the order this piece but forgot to re program the truck computer and the truck malfunctioned on the weekend. Thus, making me call Roadside Assistance to start the truck. Sunday I returned the truck to the dealer and Monday when I returned to ask for the truck, the same service adviser, told me that I have let the truck obstructing the service area. I park the truck there by instructions of the dealer Sales Manager. So, I am very unsatisfied with the repair shop service and particularly with the service adviser. More

The service adviser (Alberto Reyes) Is a sarcastic dude. You tell him about a problem with the car and he will tell you is normal. I went on with that particular repair and the problem was fixed even thou he said it was normal. Such an idiot!! Mechanics will not take care your car at this place. Will never go back!! More
