Service was great, but I was told when I bought my car at the dealership that my first oil change that it would be free, the technician said that he did birthday see anything like that and that without a at the dealership that my first oil change that it would be free, the technician said that he did birthday see anything like that and that without a voucher I couldn't get that free first oil change. I will be calling about this. More

My vehicle was there for a one day service. They had it for two days. Got my tires rotated. They never torque down the Lugnuts. I know this because I watch them also got an attitude from the service advisor when I went to go pick up my vehicle, and I had asked for my tires rotated and they had not been done yet. He told me that the car was already being washed and it was too late. Long story short I told him to put it back on the lift. More
