I waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged that I was their for service. I asked a service a advisor if that was my car , all he answered i have no clue , I'm not your service advisor. I was shocked f their for service. I asked a service a advisor if that was my car , all he answered i have no clue , I'm not your service advisor. I was shocked from his answer Had no interest I was their, to to find my service advisor. My service Advisor I finally found him, asked same question he said I dont know I cant assist you right now too busy with other customers. My car was ready for a while by this time. More
