Paid cash for the truck knowing it had the check engine light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. Very incompetent and uncaring set of people. All smiles during the sell, but the service department is beyond a nightmare and is the rudest bunch of people I’ve ever encountered. No one at this dealership returns phone calls nor answers the phones 80% of the time. I called 10 times to get that average so you can do the math. This is the worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying vehicles for over 30 years. Nissan should pull their franchise from this group. Truly a buyer beware location for sure. Will never buy another Nissan thanks to this dealership. I can’t say enough negative things. More
