Very pleasant to deal with - no pressure, no sales push for extended warranty, no pressure to finance instead of cash out. Anthony was a nice guy, but the service itself felt like a rip-off. My airbag light was on, and I already knew the diagnostic codes—I just needed help pinpointing the exact issue so I could fix it myself. T a rip-off. My airbag light was on, and I already knew the diagnostic codes—I just needed help pinpointing the exact issue so I could fix it myself. They charged $200 for a scan, promising to identify the problem, and I even mentioned that I already had the codes and didn’t want to pay just to hear the same thing. In the end, they handed me a stack of papers with the same codes I already had and told me that to fix it, they’d have to follow their standard process—meaning they’d charge hourly for trial-and-error repairs, plus parts. So, after spending $200 plus Uber both ways, I walked away with nothing new. More

Purchase to print on to 23 Nissan Murano when I picked up the car the windows were dirty interior still had sticky stuff on that upholstery and there was a kid's toy in there. It had a chip on the driver's side passenger door and they said they were going to order the touch up paint. That took several weeks if not more. I was called and told the touch of paint isn't come and pick it up what! Like I'm going to touch up the ding. You leave messages no one calls you back so no I'm not happy with this dealership More
