My initial experience was great. My sales person was wonderful and I really liked the vehicle that I went to see. My only gripe is that when I picked up my vehicle, there was no lock for the wheels that had locking lug nuts. I was told that the wheels needed a kit to remove them, and the dealership wasn’t willing to provide that which was a simple order of a replacement lock from the company that they left the empty box in the glove compartment for me to call and do it myself. Also, when I mention that the tires looked like they weren’t in good shape, I was told they were fine. Turns out there are original tires on a 2021 vehicle and I am now in the position of having to replace them and the cost is $1300. I am very pleased with the vehicle and overall with somewhat pleased with the experience at the dealership and would not hesitate to recommend them, although I would want any buyer of a newer used vehicle just to watch out for these small things I’ve bought and sold many cars before in my life And just felt that these were things that should’ve been addressed by the dealership before letting me leave the store. If I had gotten a flat tire or a day or two later, I would’ve been in a bad position because there was no way for me to remove the wheels in case of an emergency More
