We are sorry you feel that way. We assure you that it is our utmost priority for everyone to have  a great experience. About the incident mentioned above. Our management has checked all the cameras from multiple angles and there was no damage done to the vehicle at our facility prior to it being picked up by you. We have the videos. As we previously offered, we will be glad to show you all the videos. Again, we are very sorry that this has happened, but we guarantee you we had nothing to do with it, as it seems to have happened after the car left our premises. Thank you.
