The service department supervisor lacks customer service skills. I would give him ZERO STARS. Anthony one of the advisors was a great listener and compassionate with great customer service. As far as the actual service and situation so I am so extremely disappointed in this dealership I have repeatedly brought my car back and it is a brand new car and still have no answers and still have the same problem. I have contacted Nissan corporate and hope to get farther with them. as a customer, I would not recommend Lorenzo Nissan to anyone in fact, I would tell them to stay as far away as they can. I am so disappointed that I don’t think that I will even buy another Nissan. I have least every two years and I am on my fourth Nissan. This may be the last due to this experience. You may have lost a loyal customer.. More
