Brandon was very patient, accommodating, and helpful with my mother as she drove and compared multiple vehicles, and he also navigated our family dynamics beautifully. Jesse offered interesting information on bastrop and was able to walk mom efficiently and thoroughly through the specifics of the car she ended up buying. Awful Customer Relations One price quoted on phone, when we went to sign price changed by $8000. Sales person stated motor was on backorder to fixed on electric seat, when we went to sign we were told it would not be fixed. The car was not properly cleaned inside for prep, very sloppy. We drove a 200 miles plus round trip to buy a car we really wanted. Wasted a complete day, and a tank of gasoline. We also had an appointment and the sales person worked with at least 2 others along with us a the same time. No wonder on line car dealers as being used more and more. No nonsense!! We will remember this experience as the most awful car buying experience. More
