3 1/2 hour wait for a 12 PM appointment that was made a week in advance for diagnostics. I was on time. After a 2 hour wait I was told it was going to be another 40 minutes before they could get to my car. week in advance for diagnostics. I was on time. Maybe you should look at your appointment schedule and see if there are diagnostic appointments and schedule someone specifically for that. To wait for a mechanic who is working on a car to finish is unacceptable. Also, I found out appointment time is not when they will possibly start working on my car but an appointment with the Service Advisor. The answer to the question did I wait is yes and no. I waited for diagnostics to be done but then left the car to be fixed. I appreciated a loaner was comped. Telling me you are sorry for the wait does not fix the lack of communication or fix the expectations of something happening besides waiting. The service department fixed my cars' problem which I am grateful for, no more roaring noise. More
