I have bought A LOT of new cars in my life but had never bought from the same place until I bought from Lost Pines Toyota. And Adam Layfield is the key reason. He always remembers me when I come in and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of and happy with my total experience. He never minds going the extra mile to make sure everything is in order. He knows his stuff and makes me feel valued. Adams doesn’t stop caring when the contract is signed. He never makes you feel like a bother, even when he has to stay late because you are taking a long time! I could go on and on….the bottom line is that Adam, in my opinion, is simply amazing!! More

Bought a car two years ago and noticed the hidden tracker they installed in my car. I will never return here. This sits next to my foot and I've been kicking it daily. According to the lable, I shouldn't be within 20 cm while the transmitter is running... It literally is with that distance of my foot on a daily basis. I was told they removed all trackers off the car but instead they hid it within a expose distance that the device clears states, you should be 20 cm away from it. I have reviewed my addendum, there's no tracker listed for my vehicle. I don't see it on my purchase agreement. I did not consent to it and I was told there was no tracking devices on my vehicle. I've been tracked for the past 2 years without my knowledge and that is unacceptable. I have removed the tracker and will be contacting the authorities. More
