This was my first time at Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek. I brought my car in to simply get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. The dealership was clean, organized, and easy to navigate as I entered I brought my car in to simply get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. The dealership was clean, organized, and easy to navigate as I entered the facility. The staff was very respectful with my vehicle too. It took approximately 90 minutes for the service to be completed. In that time, I was able to sit in a comfortable lounge, that provided free coffee, vending maxhines so you could buy munchies, had clean bathrooms, and also a TV was available to watch while you waited. Though the show that was being broadcast was the morning show "Khoda", which is not anything I had any interest in. Fortunately, I had my phone and headphones, so I listened to Howard Stern during my wait. I believe they provide free Wi-Fi as well. To top it off, and without asking, they ran my vehicle through a car wash as a courtesy. They earned a customer that will continue to have my vehicle taken care of here at Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek!! More
