Extremely bad experience – Unprofessional, misleading, and terrible quality ​I bought two trucks from Chevrolet of Coconut Creek in a very short period, and the experience couldn't have been worse: ​Poo and terrible quality ​I bought two trucks from Chevrolet of Coconut Creek in a very short period, and the experience couldn't have been worse: ​Poor Vehicle Quality: I purchased a brand-new Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Trail Boss. Just 7 days later, the transmission completely blew up. All the oil leaked out underneath, and the truck was totally rendered useless. I had to have it towed back. ​False Promises in Finance: The manager (Guillermo) assured me he would help me transfer into a similar truck (a 5.3 RST Texas Edition) and that my monthly payment would remain the same. I agreed based on what he showed me on his computer, but when I got to finance, they jacked up the price and raised my payment. Needing a vehicle, I reluctantly accepted and signed all the paperwork. ​Deceptive Tactics & Selling a Non-Existent Vehicle: They told me the truck was coming from another dealership the next day. However, when I went to pick it up, the manager admitted the truck had actually been sold to someone else two days prior. They literally sold me a vehicle they didn't have, just to lock me into the financing contract and later force me into a different car. ​This practice completely broke the contract and my trust. I demanded an immediate cancellation of everything. They use deceptive practices and do not honor what they discuss. ​The only positive note was the salesman, Nelson, who was very attentive, polite, and did a great job. The entire issue lies with management and their dishonest sales tactics. ​DO NOT buy from this dealership. Be very careful. More

We were greeted at the door by our salesman, Roberto, who introduced us to the General Manager who was sincere in greeting us and telling us he'd be a part of our process to help in any way. No 'hard sell'! No 'pressure sales'. Just genuine professionalism aiming to make sure we got the car that fit our needs and our budget. Roberto showed us several choices, knew the details about each model, and only wanted to be sure that what we wanted and needed would be what we got. Same with the pricing...straight up, no hidden last minute surprises. And Alain in the financing department was also terrific, not hard-selling us on anything, but rather explaining what made sense for us. And finally, a shout-out to Floyd who detailed the car like I've never seen...sparkling!!! Bottom line? Great team! Great experience! We'll be back for sure for our future car needs!!! More
