Ok so I went to have my car appraise and ended up speaking with Mr. Bill in sales He was so sweet, he reminds me of my father. As we waited for the appraisal Mr. Bill persuaded me into possibly look speaking with Mr. Bill in sales He was so sweet, he reminds me of my father. As we waited for the appraisal Mr. Bill persuaded me into possibly looking into upgrading to a 2020 Chevy that they had in stock. (Mind you I love Tahoes esp in white). I was wasn't sure but when I stepped into that car I fell in love.(Black seats great for kids) Long story short after speaking to Ms. Aexis who also was very informative and super sweet. I ended telling her that I had to call all my husband and (not to sell my truck Lol) Well my husband ended up coming straight from work and we went to speak with finance (who by the way had to persuade my husband) Well need less to say we met Justin Wheatley and he sealed the deal. Justine W was awesome he was patient with us and knew exactly what he was doing. We ask so many questions and he answered all of them with professionalism and a smile. We looked at so many plans and options and we found what was best for me. The atmosphere felt great. The place was clean and a lot of smiling faces asking if we have been helped. I can honestly say we don't regret anything. I turned in my old keys and walked out with my new keys a 2020 White Chevy Tohoe. (I LOVEIT) caption seats my kids are in heaven. Thank you to all the staff Bill Duharte, Alexis and Justin. It was getting late and it started raining and you guys treated me like I was the only customer there. After leaving Justin office, Bill walked us out in the rain and was helping my husband and I unload all then stuff out of my old Chevy unto my new 2020. I truly appreciate you guys customer service. This is our second time at Lou Bachrodt and I must admit the sales/finance David and Orling were great. (Not to sure about the service department) But anyways Best Birthday gift! Happy Birthday to me! I hope to keep this truck for a long time. Thank you everyone! More

Renee is the best! We were looking for a particular model of SUV with the features that best suited us. Renee was honest and said it would be a while given our current climate. We looked at a few other veh of SUV with the features that best suited us. Renee was honest and said it would be a while given our current climate. We looked at a few other vehicles and other dealerships but never got the level of service close to Renee at Lou Bachrodt. Renee would text and/or call to keep us updated on the search. We’ve purchased many vehicles and I must say her customer service, professionalism and just overall honesty made the purchase process that much easier. More
