My service advisor Brandon Shoppert is great to deal with. The entire service department is friendly, but more importantly , trustworthy. Everyone from sales, finance and service, have a no pressure approach. Making the dealership very comfortable to work with . I have a Chevrolet dealership close to my house, but I drive 35 minutes to LB because I know I will be treated properly. My next vehicle will he purchased there. I would recommend LB to anyone looking for a no hassle dealership experience. People like Brandon make LB the ideal place for a great vehicle ownership experience . Service department was good! Our appointment time was for 11 am! We did have to wait an extra hour (total of 2 hours) because the service center was behind schedule!
