Title issues This dealership is a joke. While signing my paperwork, I was told I had everything I needed to title my used vehicle I purchased. Went to DMV, didn’t This dealership is a joke. While signing my paperwork, I was told I had everything I needed to title my used vehicle I purchased. Went to DMV, didn’t have the title. Called the dealership, was told they had to apply for a lost title and should get it in a few weeks. Day 25, still no title, called and left several messages, no one called me back, called again. Finally someone called me back and said they were waiting on the person who owned the car before to sign something. They assured me I would have it within the week. And would call me on a Friday. Nope no call. I called Tuesday, left a bunch of messages, finally got a call back. They were expediting the paperwork along with the late DMV fee. Didn’t get it. Called Friday, left messages again. Got a call back that it’s not the way they do business and the person would personally call me on Monday morning and drive the paperwork to me. Now it’s the afternoon and still no response. Absolutely ridiculous that no one knows what is going on and I am driving a vehicle that is not in my name. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. More
