Very upsetting to have a problem taken in at 99k miles not discovered until 101k miles. Ally warranty expired and repair cost me 800 plus dollars. Service man suggested they are a poor extended warranty c not discovered until 101k miles. Ally warranty expired and repair cost me 800 plus dollars. Service man suggested they are a poor extended warranty company. Earlier they replaced one running board but not the other even though it only intermittently worked. Second one got a spritz of air and oil and still sticks down. Will not buy an extended warranty from them again and especially not from Ally. More
