Made an appointment and they never worked on it for 3 full days! Dropped it off first thing Tuesday morning and got a rental car. I called towards end of day 1 inquiring, Joe said not yet and I voiced my concern about paying for a rental just to have my truck sitting there, Joe said not to worry. I didn't bother calling on day 2. On day 3 after hearing nothing I called late afternoon and was informed they STILL hadn't looked at it and 4 cars are ahead of me. WHAT?? I said I am coming to get it and I am NOT paying for the rental. I picked up the truck and was not charged for the rental (the only positive in this experience). They should have been up front with the backlog situation and there was no communication at all. Total waste of time. Not only will I not go back for service, they lost a future sales customer as well - buying a new Bronco next year from someone else. More
