Jerry was very helpful during the process and was able to get me a rental car when the repair took longer than expected, which was great. Joe Jerome is an excellent employee! I trusted him to do the needed repairs to the truck so that when my husband goes hunting in Idaho in Oct that he has no issues with the vehicle. Joe kept us informed as the needed repairs to the truck so that when my husband goes hunting in Idaho in Oct that he has no issues with the vehicle. Joe kept us informed as to the status of parts that needed to be ordered and was able to complete the work as promised. I know we can go to other shops to get this work done, but I like to go to a shop that I trust and that will do a great job.
