Couldn’t get my truck analyzed Didn’t look at my truck the day of appointment, held over the next day didn’t look at it on the second day, finally on day 3 analyzed the problem and Didn’t look at my truck the day of appointment, held over the next day didn’t look at it on the second day, finally on day 3 analyzed the problem and fixed it it. In my opinion work not done day of appointment should have been top priority for the next day 5:15 pm second day I was told they hadn’t looked at it. Finally on day 3 looked at the truck for the problem. Scheduling was a real problem, my service advisor Rick kept me informed and came in on his day off the third day to ensure the truck got looked at. The service scheduler did not have the customers best interest. More
