Brandon was outstanding, he assisted in making sure the issues were covered by my additional warranty I had purchased. The only dissatisfying issue I have is since I’ve bought the truck less than a year ag issues were covered by my additional warranty I had purchased. The only dissatisfying issue I have is since I’ve bought the truck less than a year ago it has need repairs and it had repairs prior to me purchasing it, that my salesman failed to tell me about. Your service department is outstanding, not sure I’ll purchase another vehicle from that dealership again. More

Rick Dana is the Man! The Lou Fusz service department is always fantastic. Rick Dana is by far the best service advisor that I've ever had. Not sure I trust them. I dropped off my truck to have a recall done and they wouldn’t do it, stated Ford didn’t authorize service unless the problem was happening right now. They never heard of this and called the dealership. They had a VERY poor attitude with them and even hung up on her. They called me right away and also acted like I was the problem. Also I asked a question about how the truck runs in the am cold and got an answer that I’m not very confident in because I had a 1 year newer truck Lower and it was cold the Next morning and was perfect. Makes me want to make sure I trade this away before out or warranty for sure. More
