Joe’s the best! I brought my Focus in many times over the years and it was always trouble (aka annoying to me but necessary). I had a really bad experience at another dealership with the service department p years and it was always trouble (aka annoying to me but necessary). I had a really bad experience at another dealership with the service department putting tires I hadn’t picked or approved on my car and just expecting me to take them and pay for them so I switched to Lou Fusz, joe always explains why maintenance is necessary and why certain repairs are important and goes over it with me so I can make informed decisions. I now have a Fusion i brought for the first time and so far so good! More

Brandon was outstanding, he assisted in making sure the issues were covered by my additional warranty I had purchased. The only dissatisfying issue I have is since I’ve bought the truck less than a year ag issues were covered by my additional warranty I had purchased. The only dissatisfying issue I have is since I’ve bought the truck less than a year ago it has need repairs and it had repairs prior to me purchasing it, that my salesman failed to tell me about. Your service department is outstanding, not sure I’ll purchase another vehicle from that dealership again. More
