Service Department goes above and beyond Jerry and the folks in Service really took care of our vehicle. The A/C went out, and they fixed it, and had everything ready to go even faster than Jerry and the folks in Service really took care of our vehicle. Not sure I trust them. I dropped off my truck to have a recall done and they wouldn’t do it, stated Ford didn’t authorize service unless the problem was happening right now. They never heard of this and called the dealership. They had a VERY poor attitude with them and even hung up on her. They called me right away and also acted like I was the problem. Also I asked a question about how the truck runs in the am cold and got an answer that I’m not very confident in because I had a 1 year newer truck Lower and it was cold the Next morning and was perfect. Makes me want to make sure I trade this away before out or warranty for sure. More
