A good dealership but a poor salesman. John Stahl did a great job during the sales process, but his after sales support was beyond disappointing. When I bought my truck from him, it only ha John Stahl did a great job during the sales process, but his after sales support was beyond disappointing. When I bought my truck from him, it only had one key, and was missing one hubcap (which I later realized). I asked for these two items to be furnished. After 4 weeks of several emails and phone calls, the only response was "what key?" and “send me a picture” of the hubcap. After a month of waiting on John, I called the service department, explained the situation and made an appointment to get the key made free of charge. The service department was more than helpful. I ended up finding a "like new" hubcap on EBay. The Service Department and other employees at Lou Fusz were outstanding, but Mr. Stahl took the purchase from a very enjoyable buying experience to very frustrating and disappointing. More
