Came in for recall, they did backup camera recall, got in car when picked up , took it home went to YouTube, reset the camera string and presto it work, shouldn’t they have known to do this, then got charged car when picked up , took it home went to YouTube, reset the camera string and presto it work, shouldn’t they have known to do this, then got charged 180 bucks to put silicone on a rubber seal for the undrrpowered window regulator from ford. Lastly nor enough staff in service, I got a call then called back 4 times ivee 3 hours and finally the gal got up and got the guy to answer his phone More
