I contacted Salesman Brandon about a Ford Focus I was interested in and I was told the vehicle was being cleaned and he would notify me when the vehicle was available for a test drive. A couple days late interested in and I was told the vehicle was being cleaned and he would notify me when the vehicle was available for a test drive. A couple days later I again contacted Brandon was advised that the vehicle was sold however provided several more expensive vehicles as options. It appears that this vehicle was never really available and that this appeared to be some sort of bait and switch to attract customers. I have bought vehicles from Lou Fusz dealerships in the past however they will no longer have my business. More

Easy check in. Attentive agent, who caught some flagged, advised repairs/checks that hadn’t been done. But some of them had. The easy ones I knew were done during an oil change at Dobbs. Ford Agent said he advised repairs/checks that hadn’t been done. But some of them had. The easy ones I knew were done during an oil change at Dobbs. Ford Agent said he had no way to check if the work was done somewhere else, which sounded logical, until Dobbs pulled my car up on on Carfax. He showed me how he could see every service and repair no matter where it was done. He printed it out for me. Now why couldn’t Ford do that? It would have saved me a trip to Dobbs to see what other flagged items they might have done. Have to wonder if Ford would have redone the recent work and said nothing. Maybe not. But not doing the carfax check was less than a 5 star visit. More
