Nice guys working there. The service associates are definitely not the problem. Doubling the price of an oil change is ridiculous though. I have been coming here the past 3 years and will not return. We used to get print outs of brake life etc and the last few trips we haven’t just not received that but even had them forget to put the next mileage sticker on the windshield. It seems as the overall experience has gone down the price has surged. This last trip they couldn’t even clod a tire rotation due to the lugs that ford installed swelling and ruining themselves. Overall an ok place but most certainly not worth what you get anymore. Definitely won’t return. More

I contacted Salesman Brandon about a Ford Focus I was interested in and I was told the vehicle was being cleaned and he would notify me when the vehicle was available for a test drive. A couple days late interested in and I was told the vehicle was being cleaned and he would notify me when the vehicle was available for a test drive. A couple days later I again contacted Brandon was advised that the vehicle was sold however provided several more expensive vehicles as options. It appears that this vehicle was never really available and that this appeared to be some sort of bait and switch to attract customers. I have bought vehicles from Lou Fusz dealerships in the past however they will no longer have my business. More
