Customer waiting facility was top notch - very comfortable. My oil change and software recall fix took less time than expected. Engine Light Issue While driving my 2011 KIA Sorento, I noticed that my car had lunged forward a couple of times but didn't really think much of it util my indicator While driving my 2011 KIA Sorento, I noticed that my car had lunged forward a couple of times but didn't really think much of it util my indicator light came on and I lost power to my SUV. The manual stated that I was experiencing a Throttle Control problem but apparently this was an isolated incident because Lou Fusz couldn't find the problem but told me to be careful and aware of the problem happening again. The Service Manager, Zack Lentz was very understanding and showed concern. He told me if it happened again to have the car towed immediately to them and don't go anywhere to have a diagnostic done.
