Friendly service I'm satisfied with my overall experience at Lou Fusz Kia. Staff like Crystal are friendly and very helpful with no pressure tactics. I knocked one sta I'm satisfied with my overall experience at Lou Fusz Kia. Staff like Crystal are friendly and very helpful with no pressure tactics. I knocked one star only because I had to make a second trip to the dealership after it was discovered the amount I was originally going to finance for had to change because my down payment was too high. I understand mistakes happen but I feel like that should've been caught on my first visit so I didn't have to make a second trip to straighten it out. Other than that, I can't complain about the level of service I received. More
