He addressed our concerns, got the message conveyed to the technician, Joey Smith who had a diagnosis Kevin Derleth was great to deal with as always! Excessive Waiting time. For the 2nd time our waiting time was very excessive. We drove 120 miles thinking since we had an appointment we would be in & out quickly, all we nee For the 2nd time our waiting time was very excessive. We drove 120 miles thinking since we had an appointment we would be in & out quickly, all we needed was an oil change. We had an 11:30 appointment & we arrived at 11:00. At 12:45 our was still setting in the shop where had originally parked it. After inquiring why, we were told we would be next. At 1:30 we were finally completed. Not very happy with this. The people behind the counter were very nice. But the over scheduling needs to be corrected. More
