While there were several issues with the repairs, both covered under extended warranty, I would again say overall the service by Lou Fusz and it's personnel was fine. There were some delays and unexpected out of pocket cost I incurred which I thought may have been the results of miscommunication between Lou Fusz and the warranty company. And also, an additial major repair which seems it would have been diagnosed as part of the initial repair. But again, instead was uncovered as part of an additional repair, which caused me to have to pay my deductible twice. I will continue to come to Lou Fusz for maintenance and repairs. And will also refer others. Thank you More

Fantastic car-buying experience I knew my old car wasn't going to survive another winter, so I started my car search by window-shopping the local dealerships in my area online. There was a car that caught my eye---a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Kia Forte EX 5-Door---so I sent the dealership a request through their website indicating my interest. After exchanging a few texts with the friendly online sales staff, Kris Portnoy reached out with a quick text message of his own, as well as an emailed video greeting so I could put a face to the name. We set up a time to talk numbers and hopefully test-drive the car. Kris was outstanding to work with every step of the way. He responded to all of my questions and helped me through the car-buying process, and never once tried to push for the immediate sale. I told him I had to take a few days to think about this decision, as it was a big one, and his only fear was that the car I set my sights on might not last until the end of the week. Fortunately for me, it did, and I drove it home a few days later. I'm very thankful for Kris' Portnoy's help in buying my next car. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience helped seal the deal for me.
