1. State Inspection & Emissions Test. 2. Wheel alignment. I had two vehicles serviced. On both experiences I had to bring each of my vehicles back for a second/corrected repair. The service person had my whol I had two vehicles serviced. On both experiences I had to bring each of my vehicles back for a second/corrected repair. The service person had my whole multi-function switch replaced with a new one that was not needed. The bright lights did not come on due to the wires being pinched which was the same problem originally. Instead of correcting the wiring the first time a whole new $450.00 switch was installed and the wires were pinched the same way as they were before the new switch was installed causing the bright lights to operate the same as before the new switch was installed. Still I was charged the $450.00. On the second vehicle I had to bring it back because it pulled very strongly to the right after the alignment and the passenger seat vibrated so hard I could see it moving from the corner of my eye. After the second realignment the vehicle now pulls to the left slightly. The vibration did get reduced and an explanation was given (slightly bent wheel). More
