I'm always impressed with the customer service at Lou Fusz Kia. I tend to get Zackery and he's always kind and honest with his assessments, letting me know what needs to be done, what can wait, and even Fusz Kia. All of this without talking down to me, as is often the case for women when getting car service. The waiting area is always pleasant, plenty of space to work while waiting, and I have to admit I love the soda machine. It all makes for a good wait. I'll continue to have my car work done here. Hello, My experience with the service advisor Brandi was EXCELLENT. My repair was also completed very quickly. The only feedback I can offer is attention to detail on the technician's part. I went home was EXCELLENT. My repair was also completed very quickly. The only feedback I can offer is attention to detail on the technician's part. I went home and opened the hood to check the technician's work. I immediately found two 10mm bolts sitting on the side of the fender just behind the headlight. I am not sure if they were left overs or should have been reinstalled. That led me to look closer at the rest of the job. I found one ground strap with a 10mm started but not tightened down (on the rocker cover) an additional 13 mm bolt on the front of the intake that was started but not tightened. Next, I took a flash light and looked deeper. I found that one of the bellhousing bolts by the starter was in hand tight (sticking out about 1/4 inch). I know that the technicians are not getting paid much warranty time to put long blocks in these cars so I am not upset and I was easily able to tighten up the loose items; however, I am a former technician and very mechanical. What about the rest of the customers that don't check or can't do the work? Quality control is an issue. This is something that KIA should be looking into as they set their warranty times on service operations. Respectfully, Robert Callanan More
